NGCOA Canada Launches Exclusive Employee Benefits Program: Health, Dental, & Long-Term Disability Benefits for Members

The National Golf Course Owners Association (NGCOA) Canada is proud to announce the launch of its exclusive Employee Benefits Program, designed specifically for NGCOA Canada members. This comprehensive program is tailored to meet the unique needs of golf course owners, operators, and their employees — offering health, dental, and long-term disability coverage options.

“As an association-owned initiative, this program was built with a deep understanding of our members' specific challenges,” said Ryley Scott, Director of Partnerships and Business Development at NGCOA Canada. “We’ve tailored the benefits to reflect the operational demands and team structures in the golf industry, ensuring members—no matter their size—have access to flexible, comprehensive coverage.”

The program covers a wide range of health services, including prescription drugs, routine dental care, and preventive services. Additionally, life insurance and disability options are available to help businesses attract and retain top talent, supporting employee wellbeing across the sector.
